Shipping and Exchange Policy
1. General Information:
- Any final decision regarding exchanges rests with the Garden Parveen Team.
- Kindly read the policy before making a purchase.
2. Damages and Issues:
- Inspection: Please inspect your order upon reception.
- Proof of Damage: To claim damages, missing products, or other issues, you must take an unpacking video. This video will be used as proof, and the package weight noted on the courier cover will also be considered.
- Report Time: You have 1 week from receipt to report any issues. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
- Exchange for Defects: Exchanges for defective items must be shipped back within a week of receipt.
3. Exchange Policy:
- No Return Pick-Up: We do not offer a return pick-up service. Please courier items back to us for exchange.
- Size Guide: We request that you check the size guide before purchasing.
- Refunds: Refunds are not possible.
- Sale Periods: No exchanges are allowed for purchases made during any sale period.
- Exchange Window: Exchanges are possible only within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- One-Time Exchange: Exchanges are allowed only once per order.
- Condition: The garment must be fresh, with price tags intact and without any crushing.
4. How to Request an Exchange:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at [email address] or [phone number] with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
- Return Shipping: You will receive return instructions. The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Processing: After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your exchange and notify you by whatsapp when your new item has shipped.
5. Exchange Address:
- Mailing Address: 62/2, Purasawalkam High Rd, Salama Nagar, Purasawalkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600007
- In-Store Exchange: Garments can also be exchanged at our store in Purasawalkam, Chennai.
- Order ID and Mobile Number: Please mention your Order ID and Mobile Number on the return courier cover to facilitate a quick exchange.
6. Exceptions:
- Product Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, you may receive a store credit.
7. Cancellation:
- In rare cases, some orders may be canceled due to product unavailability or risk mitigation systems. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
8. Social Media Queries:
- We will not be able to address exchange or product availability queries on social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
